Does your venue have a Plan B area for the ceremony in case of rain?

Yes, we recently covered one of our formal gardens with an open pavilion to provide shelter while still being surrounded by the beauty of the garden and lake.

What does pricing look like at for a weekend wedding?

Our pricing ranges from $500 – $5300 depending on the day. We offer seasonal discounts for the months of January, February, July and August.

Do you offer elopement and micro wedding packages?

Yes, pricing ranges from 500-2500$ for weekday options.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we proudly offer a 5% discount off any of our packages for an active military bride or groom.

What is the venue capacity?

The venue can accommodate up to 200 indoor & outdoor seated guests for your ceremony and reception. The reception capacity for the climate-controlled venue is 150 guests, if using the patio and/or courtyard for additional reception seating we can accommodate 200+ guests. 

Is there enough space for parking?

Yes, we have plenty of space to park.  Cars may be left overnight. Please make arrangements to pick up the vehicle by the end of the following day.

Is the indoor venue heated/cooled?

Yes, our entire indoor facility is climate-controlled with central cooling and heating.

May we use outside caterers?

Yes, outside catering and bartending is allowed. If you need a referral our preferred vendors’ list includes some excellent local vendors. 

How many chairs do you have?

We have a total of 400 chairs. For the ceremony we provide 200 white folding chairs. For the reception we provide 200 chivari chairs. Use of the chairs is included in your wedding package. 

 

What kind of tables do you have?

We have eighteen 72 inch round tables and fifteen long rectangular tables. Use of the tables is included in your wedding package. 

Do you provide tablecloths or linens?

We do not provide tablecloths or linens, but we’d be happy to provide all our brides with a preferred vendors list with resources to rent or buy needed linens.  

Do you set-up & clean up?

Yes, we provide setup and clean-up as well as a custom layout for each of our brides. This ensures you have the best possible experience at the venue. 

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the venue.

 

Can we use candles?

 Candles contained in a glass container or votive are permitted. However, no open flames are allowed. 

 

Can we hang decorations on the wall?

Due to the unique indoor texture on the walls, no wall hangings of any kind are permitted including the use of command strips. 

Special décor can be pre-approved by the venue. 

Can we use confetti, silly string, ect?

No, we do not allow the use of silly string, confetti, rice, birdseed, or other similar celebratory artificial items due to property damage and clean-up difficulties.  

You may use sparklers & real flower petals outdoors only.

Are dogs allowed?

We would love for you to have your pet be part of your big day! However, please ask for pre-approval before bringing pets onto the property.  If approved it’s required to have them leashed or crated at all times. Please designate someone to be in charge of them throughout the day and pick up after them.

May we do a photo shoot on the property?

If you’re booked with Tryphena’s Garden it is included. Just let us know what day and time you’ll need the gardens.
